OUR MISSION

The Manitoba PHA Caucus`s mission is to help

People Living with HIV and AIDS to EMPOWER

THEMSELVES  by offering its membership skills-

building, networking opportunities, information

sharing and informal support.  We hope to achieve

this goal by:

1.  Quarterly skills building membership meetings,

each having a theme for example: housing, counselling,

welfare rights etc.  Calling on professionals to be

guest speakers from ASO`s (AIDS Service Organizations)

and other organizations as our members see as needed.

2.  Determining the needs of our membership by

distributing Questionnaires and evaluations.

3.  Facilitating and assisting our membership with

committees such as; Housing needs, News letters etc.

4.  Working with other ASO`s across Manitoba to

assure that information is disseminated to PHA`S and

to Network with those organizations.
